The party pack 24 includes everything in the 8 pack except with 24 cupcake wrappers and 24 treat bags.

Supplement with extra snowflakes, treat bags, balloons, and cupcake wrappers as needed or really take your party to the next level with a Santa suit (you supply the person). Snowflakes come in sets of 12, treat Bags in sets of 8 (2 of each style/color), cupcake wrappers in sets of 12 variety or individual styles or 24 variety.
