what is your return/refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. And we know that your life doesn't have time for crazy return policies so we want to make this as painless as possible. Please contact us at help@comehomeshop.com if there is an issue with your merchandise so we can make it right.  (In most cases that means returns postmarked within 14 days of receipt are eligible for refund or store credit.)

how and where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States using USPS First Class Mail where possible to reduce shipping costs.

We charge a flat rate of $4 for all orders up to $59.  All orders over $59 will ship free!

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 days of payment verification. 

Please note that during times of high volume ordering, like holidays or special sales, or in the case of a pandemic or other natural disaster, there may be a delay in delivery times due to circumstances beyond our control.

what is your privacy policy?

The information you provide will only be used to process your order and to contact you when needed. Third parties will only be given the information they need in order to process your order and for any marketing that you opt-in for (for example, if you sign up for our newsletter a 3rd party email service provider will store your email address for us in order to send the communications we create).

We will never share your email or other data with 3rd parties not specifically needed to conduct business with you, your information is camouflaged in a feathery pink ball and kept hidden safely in the flock!
