Shipping & Refunds
We love getting orders as fast as possible so we will ship fast to you too. We ship from Utah and typically use USPS First Class or Priority shipping (UPS or FedEx may also be used for heavier items) and will send off your order within 2-4 business days (unless otherwise stated for back ordered items). All orders will have tracking numbers for your convenience and protection.
Please note that during times of high volume ordering, like holidays or special sales, or in the case of a pandemic or other natural disaster, there may be a delay in delivery times due to circumstances beyond our control.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. And we know that your life doesn't have time for crazy return policies so we want to make this as painless as possible. Please contact us at email@example.com if there is an issue with your products so we can make it right.

Returns postmarked within 14 days of delivery date will be eligible for a refund on the original method of payment or store credit.
Once we receive your return, the refund/issuance of store credit will be processed within 5 business days.
After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend choosing a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number so that you can make sure your return makes it back to us. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
All items must be returned to us in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, smoke, deodorant and perfume free) with all original tags still attached.
The following items are FINAL SALE:
Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Due to our limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange will still be available when the return reaches us. If you need a different size/color in an item, you can either:
a) Reorder the item in the size/color you need and then send the original item back to us (postmarked within 14 days) for a refund. OR
b) Send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return then use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like.
Damaged/Defective Items or Incorrect Orders:
Oops! Just like humans, flamingos aren't perfect. We do check all inventory for any damages or defective areas prior to shipping and check to ensure all items are packed in orders...but, in the rare instance you receive an item that is damaged or if you believe something is missing from your order, read on!
Damages must be reported to us prior to use. Tags must still be attached.
All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted.
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with the words 'damaged/missing' in the subject line then provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area or a description of the item(s) you believe are missing from your order. Please include your first and last name and order number.
We will send you a return label and request that you ship the defective items as soon as possible. Returns will be accepted on new, unused items within 14 days of delivery (original tags and labels must be included). If we have a replacement item in stock, we will ship it out to you within 5 business days of tracking notification that your item is en route. If we are sold out of your item, a refund will be issued instead.
